We have raised a fantastic £1033.75 for Mind Charity Pembrokeshire.
Thank you so much to all of our members and friends of SAW for taking part in a variety of fitness activities, not only benefiting their own wellbeing, but also supporting a long-standing charity in Pembrokeshire which offers a lifesaving service to the community and those with mental health issues.
