We have had a growing interest from members to attend the 6.30am sessions. Therefore we have added another early morning session on Wednesday to the weekly timetable.
Saturday morning, coached gym times have been modified to 9am and 10am. Open gym in the strength room from 8am to 11am.
We have taken off the 12.30 sessions due to low numbers.
Funded programmes continue to be added.
If you only attend a specific class and would like to attend more often, please book into the coached gym sessions, the daily workouts are similar to the class sessions, with excellent support from our coaching staff.
