We are delighted to introduce Amber Manning who has recently joined the SAW coaching team.
Amber is a level three qualified PT and a level two Fitness Instructor.
We have asked Amber a few questions and here’s what she had to say….
– Tell us a bit about yourself?
I am a very supportive and motivational coach. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outside and do CrossFit as my main form of training. As well as coaching a number of sessions at SAW I also teach kids fitness classes and have experience of teaching a wide range of ages and ability levels! I am currently in university studying Sport and Exercise Science.
– What do you enjoy the most about training?
The thing I love most about training is that there’s always a new challenge whether that’s trying to get stronger or better technically…there’s always something to improve on!
– What do you love about coaching?
I love to see people achieve things they thought they couldn’t!
