On Sunday 17th April SAW fielded two teams in the Weightlifting Wales lifting league, competing against Evolve Strength and Conditioning Club and South Pembs Weightlifting – the supportive atmosphere created was excellent, some great performances throughout the day. Well done TeamSAW
