Incorporated as a Social Enterprise since 2016, a community hub for all ages, collaborating with local charities & groups, Pembrokeshire services and sports organisations.

A place where the community enjoys exercising, improves their wellbeing and social confidence.

An Olympic Weightlifting academy for the National Governing Body, a Disability Insport club, an approved Special Olympic club and a licenced British Weightlifting club.

Managed by volunteers offering employment, education and mentoring opportunities. Along with volunteering at SAW and at events.
