An inspiring visit to SAW Cymru (Strength Academy Wales) based at the Pembrokeshire Sports Village at Haverfordwest High earlier this week.
For those of you who are members, you will
know what a fantastic community gym this is. It has gone from strength to strength under the leadership of Simon Roach and his team.
I popped along to speak to Simon and view one of the funded Arthritis sessions underway, which is being supported by The National Grid.
I was very pleased to help SAW with some of their fundraising a few years ago, so and it’s just amazing to see what they have achieved here.
They have built a truly supportive community with health, fitness and wellbeing at the core of all they do for people of all ages and backgrounds.
