Competing in her first National event Evelyn Thomas from Haverfordwest High made a strong performance in the Para Powerlifting championships winning the Gold medal. Evelyn Bench Pressed 50kg in the u17 age category.
Ffion Barnikel continued to make good progress gaining a personal best in the Clean and Jerk. Reaching 42kg in the Snatch and 56kg in the Clean and Jerk.
And Kyle Colella, made excellent lifts 6 out of 6 gaining the qualification standard for the Welsh Seniors. Kyle made PB’s in both lifts, reaching 95kg Snatch.132kg Clean and Jerk.
The athletes from Pembrokeshire were support by volunteer coaches Jim Horner and Simon Roach.
